Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your order gets to you.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

During high-volume periods such as new releases or special promotions, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

After processing, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on destination and order details.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $75.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

PRICING, BILLING & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We proudly ship ACM Clothing worldwide.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on country and customs procedures.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

ACM Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If tracking updates are not immediately visible, your package is still in transit.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address was entered, please contact us immediately at:

Address changes may only be possible before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify delivery details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ACM Clothing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If delivery issues occur, please contact the shipping carrier directly or check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

While we will attempt to assist when possible, we cannot guarantee replacements for confirmed deliveries.
